Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Use CartFlow to run lawful commerce: shared carts, checkout links, seller catalogs, payments, and deliveries within your business scope and applicable Kenyan law, including payment-provider restrictions (for example Paystack Kenya acceptable-use rules as published by the provider).

Prohibited conduct

• Uploading unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Collecting unnecessary personal data without lawful basis and consent
• Impersonation or fraudulent seller listings
• Circumventing security, tenant isolation, or rate limits
• Scraping or automated abuse of checkout or cart endpoints
• Reselling platform access without authorisation
• Processing payments for illegal goods or services
• Spam or unsolicited marketing without consent
• Listing counterfeit or stolen goods
• Selling unsafe, recalled, or fraudulently described products
• Unlicensed financial services, pyramid schemes, or other prohibited financial activity

Restricted product categories

Category restrictions are enforced in listing and checkout paths, not only in this text. Prohibited category keys include (non-exhaustive): weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal_drugs, controlled_substances, counterfeit, stolen_goods, adult_sexual, child_exploitation, human_trafficking, wildlife_prohibited, and related variants.

Reporting, moderation, and suspension

Report abuse to support@bizclinic.africa or WhatsApp +254113132508. We may warn, require remediation, suspend Paystack commerce, suspend the seller account, or terminate access. Sellers may request review of a suspension decision by contacting support with their merchant reference.
