Shipping and collection
Version 1.2 · Effective 24 October 2026
How CartFlow discloses delivery and collection before you pay.
1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to purchases on CartFlow's collaborative marketplace, operated by Sanskrit Limited. Buyers contract with sellers (or CartFlow only when we explicitly act as merchant of record). Support: support@bizclinic.africa · +254113132508. Related: Returns and refunds, Dispute resolution, Terms.
2. Who fulfils your order
Fulfilment responsibility is assigned per order or living-cart programme as one of: the seller, the programme organizer, a disclosed third-party logistics partner, or (only when explicitly stated) a CartFlow-operated facility. We do not invent warehouses or carriers. The responsible party and delivery-or-collection mode are shown before payment where the journey supports it.
3. Delivery and collection charges
- Charges are calculated on the server and disclosed before you pay (mode, area/window where known, and KES amount).
- Collection mode may show KES 0 when no collection fee is configured.
- Area-specific schedules are programme- or seller-set and appear at checkout. A fixed national rate table is published only when the operator has approved one.
- On Paystack charge-time splits, a delivery share goes to a verified delivery subaccount when configured; otherwise it rolls into the platform share. That is a settlement path, not proof of a named courier contract.
4. Group carts and living cycles
Group cut-offs, split shipments, shortages, and consented substitutions follow the programme settings for that cart or cycle. An organizer receiving a consolidated shipment does not automatically prove that every household received every item — household packing and handover records are the evidence.
5. Failed delivery and missed collection
If delivery fails or collection is missed, the fulfilment party should record the attempt. Re-attempts, returns to seller, or refund eligibility (including unused delivery charges) follow the Returns and refunds policy and any programme rules disclosed before payment. We do not guarantee delivery windows beyond what was promised for that order.
6. Perishables
Where products are perishable, the seller or programme must disclose handling expectations. Reject visibly spoiled goods at handover where practicable and open a dispute with evidence promptly.
7. Proof of handover
Proof may include signature, photo, OTP, or a written handover note in the living-cart workflow. Keep your own copies of receipts and photos when you collect.
